We had a fantastic morning exploring Bamburgh Castle and learning about it’s history. Our favourite room was the armory, especially when we found out all the weapons had been used in battle because blood and tissue samples had been recovered from them! We also spent time enjoying the stunning views from the castle walls and reflecting on the places we had visited so far on our trip.
